About Brian

Brian Green, the founder and sole proprietor of GreenSpace Legal, is a Washington, D.C.-licensed attorney and Air Force veteran with 20 years of experience. As a respected legal strategist with demonstrated expertise in air and space law, education, operational art, and international collaboration, he has the proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes, forge global partnerships, and deliver mission-critical solutions in high-pressure environments. He is a prolific author, with many of his publications available online.

Brian’s diverse experience includes solving novel challenges on government contracting, space rendezvous and proximity operations, electromagnetic spectrum use, space launch licensing, launch facility use, command and control, ethical and disciplinary issues, and communications law. Brian earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law; a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Air and Space Law from McGill University; and Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Washington in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Visual Arts. He is also a graduate of Air Command and Staff College and National Defense University’s Program for Emerging Leaders.
